I can easily ban '122.169.*', but that is a huge range. Would it be possible to narrow it down futher?

To code 122.169.128.0-122.169.199.255 in an .htaccess file means 22.169.* or 122.169.128.* up to 122.169.199.*.
That is 70 IF statements per HTTP request and hence not practical.
