THANKS! I totally forgot about using the GROUP BY clause. Now, how can I get this type of SELECT statement to run from within a view? That is why I was attempting to use a function which I could call from within the view. Is there a way of creating a temp table or table which could then be joined to the view for selection in the Crystal Report? How do you go about creating a table based on a query and then populating the table with the query results?

Thanks for your help!

Scott.
