Within my Patrol monitor I show a sharp spike in CPU Utilization. But running the top command from the unix prompt does not ever show me the 70% spike that I see in Patrol. The sar command show a large increase in %usr and %sys.

I need to know how I can find out what process is causing the spike in CPU util.
