How to write a Unix Shell script to automate the execution of User defined Stored Procedures(Using SQL/Sybase for SP's)?

Anonomous pl/sql is the way to run an oracle stored procedure (dbms_output.putline() is an example). You should be able to run sybase code in a similar way (also using "here documents") using isql to connect to the Sybase server.
