Hi!

Trying to install the patch 8.1.7.4.0 Patchset on Sun Parc Solaris I found the message "error in invoking target client_sharedlib of makefile /u01/app/oracle/product/8.1.7/network/lib/ins_net_client.mk

Making the installation with the user oracle.

What could happened?

Hello,
What is your OS version? You may need to upgrade the OS fro this patch...
