Have a read of http://forums.oracle.com/forums/thread.jsp?forum=82&thread=222617&message=701000.

If you have a space in your directory name, get rid of it.

What is the name of the directory in which you store your fmb and fmx files?

I assume that you are using/running 9iDS, that is, you are using 9i Form Builder with a 9i Development Server on your PC and that your Database is on another computer. IS THIS CORRECT?

What is the contents of your FORMS90_PATH entry in your registry?

If you don't understand my question please say 'I don't understand', or ask a friend to help you with it.
