Hello Friends!
Is it required to use Oracle companion CD to install grid control?( grid control is a component of OEM isnt it?)IS Companion CD installing over base oracle CD?
I m going to perform a fresh installtion of Oracle database 10g release 2 on solaris(SPARC) 5.9 with grid control.Please provide me some tips/method and useful URLs to do that .

No, it's not on the companion CD. You need to get hold of the Grid Control CD.
