Cannot access DB Objects from form,Report,Proc Builder [message #172776]

Dear Gurus,
Thanks for your time to see my problem.
I'm having hard time to solve the problem. The issue is I'm not able to access Database objects from form,report,procedural Builder or Form Debugger due to the below mentioned error. Any help in this regard would be highly Appreciated.

Error: "PDE-PXC002 Programm unit execution aborted due to unhandeled exception". Also see the attached Print Screen of the error.

Which Oracle (Developer Suite) version do you use? Do you, perhaps, have to apply a patch to it in order to fix this bug?

First, the message is "PDE-PXC002 Program unit execution aborted due to unhandled exception" NOT "PDE-PXC002 Programm unit execution aborted due to unhandeled exception".

Did you try googling it?

What version of the database do you have?

Have a look at http://oracle.ittoolbox.com/groups/technical-functional/oracle-dev-l/288756#

Its possibly a tnsnames.ora problem. Search this ofrum for 'tnsnames'.
