Hello
I'd made a report and put it in the system and tried to test it by View Request.
The problem is that the lines of the report (frams and borders) appereared error as attached file.
Also when I changed the kind of the report to PDF or HTMl it gave me error and doesn't run.
Do you think the server is the reason because it's linux and I'm working on windows.
If not why this happened and what's the solution.
Thanks for your help

Hany

For character mode reports, we usually the following characters "-" or "_" or "|".
This mean we never user a complete line.

First Thanks for your attention.
Second I tried your solution today but it donesn't succeed.
I removed all lines but nothing happened.
By the way you don't answer me about the PDF and HTML, why they gave me errors.

Thanks again for your help.

I don't know what your problem is.
Perhaps you should try with a blank report.
Did you add P_CONC_REQUEST_ID parameter?

Concurrent manager passes the concurrent request ID to your report using this parameter.
You should read Oracle Application Developer's Guide. There you will find all the information about defining a new report for Ebusiness Suite.

Hi,

Try with this

Report output type as pdf and style as BACS.

Hope this works out.

Thanks all for your attention
I found the parameter P_CONC_REQUEST_ID that ngouadjeu told me about in a standared report but I found that when I opened it it asked me about HRREPORT.pll, so I searched about it and I found it on the server under " prodappl\au\11.5.0\plsql ".
So my questions:
1-Is this pll important in all reports.
If yes how I can put it in the report?.
2-Is this any thing wanted to change in thing the regester,
i.e I change the FORMS60_PATH and put the path of the resource in it.. is this anything wanted like it in the report?

No, HRREPORT.pll library is not used in all reports.
