Hi all!!

We're implementing an application using HRMS module and we faced a problem in creating a "sharing" area of documents (in pdf format) concerning the career of all the employees.
We don't know if Oracle supplies this kind of feature, through some functionality or if it's better to create something without oracle instrumentations and after to link that to the EBS?!
We have seen two "functions" in oracle HRMS concerning this task, the first called "Document of records", that seems to an archive area where i can store different types of docs in the database (someone knows how to create or modify a LOV that references to the field "Type"??), the other one is "Repository" that seems to be something more complex to build-up.

Which of these function is the most suitable to OA and HRMS??
Or is there another way to do that???

Thanks all!!

Jaco
