I am trying to install Developer6i on Win2k3, Oracle8iEE. After double clicking it suddenly quits. the error in Even Veiwer is as follows.

Faulting application ORAINST.EXE, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module OIBKND32.DLL, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x0000ad41.

If I'm not wrong, MS Windows Server 2003 is not certified for Developer 6i.
