How do i download oracle forms & reports. should i have to install oracle database for using oracle forms. pl tell me.

Download the software, unpack the zip file, print and read the installation manual.

If you intend running the Oracle database on the same PC then install and TEST the database first.

sorry i can't understand, tell me the exact path to download the forms. should i have to install the oracle database also.

Do you have an Oracle database available to you? Have you read the sticky at the beginning of this forum?
