Almost Auto Accounting provides a flexible tool to defining accounts of transactions. After posting every transaction must be distributing. During distributing every transaction acquires GL Accounts. Auto Accounting setups at three steps: 1) Setup Lookup Sets, 2) Setup Rules, 3) Setup Assign Rules. Every rule assignment to a function’s auto accounting.
For example:
During distributing transaction of class miscellaneous, system use the rule of function Misc Cost Trans Account. GL Accounts depend on class transaction.

Auto accounting has many rules for giving the possible account combinations for Costing and Billing.

PA has certail autoaccounting functions for certail processes.

E.G

Labor cost Account function for PRC:Distribute Labor cost process.

It would be easiier, if you gave your exact requirment in PA.
