Hallo,

You can monitor the sys.V_$sqlarea view.
This view contains all statements passed to the oracle database. You can make selections like

select sql_text from sys.v_$sqlarea
where parsing_user_id = (select distinct user# from sys.v_$session
where username = 'A_USER_NAME')
AND upper(sql_text) like '%A_TABLE_NAME%'
