POSITIONS : FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANTS - ORACLE HRMS
Implementing Oracle-based HRMS packages
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as a functional consultant in implementing Oracle-based HR Systems
Experience in Data Migration related issues
Integrating HR system into Oracle Financials.
Knowledge / Skills:
Discoverer or any OLAP tools
Evaluating systems specifications
Minimum one complete implementations of Oracle HRMS packages
Update knowledge on Global HR initiatives
Knowledge in implementation of financial packages like Oracle Financials will be an added advantage
Ability to understand existing business processes and bridge the gap with the built-in functionalities of HR system
POSITION : ORACLE APPS - DBA
Experience in ORACLE RDBMS 9x / 10g. and complimentary products
Minimum of 5 years experience in IT industry
Minimum of 2 years as Oracle APPs DBA
Experience in setting up and supporting Data Guard
Experience in creation and maintenance of all databases required for development , testing and production usage.
Expert Knowledge in configuring and administering Oracle-based systems.
Experience in installations, backups and recoveries, upgrades, performance tuning, evaluating security issues and capacity planning.
Good experience of LINUX / UNIX, NT
Completed minimum ONE Oracle Apps implementation project as DBA
Knowledge of Oracle Discoverer or any OLAP tools
POSITION : Software Engineer [J2EE]
Around of 5-7 years experience in analyzing, designing and implementation of J2EE application systems with
Minimum 1 year in the Project Leader/Technical Lead role.
Should be EXCELLENT in J2EE, Servlets, JSP Struts, JSF, XML, OOAD, UML, EJB and Design Patterns.
Experience in System Analysis and UML concepts.
Documentation experience with UML diagrams.
POSITION : Senior Web Developer
Webmaster to design, implement and to coordinate with various departments and marketing agencies for the corporate
website on an ongoing basis as well as to manage the Content Management Server.
Graduation from a recognized University.
4 years of experience in website management, graphic design, and HTML
Creativity, initiative, excellent writing and communication skills
Understanding of marketing/advertising strategies
